Hi, I am Guia, the author of the book Ben BubbleHead conquers the bubbles of anger. I live near Lake Lecco, in Italy, after spending nearly 20 years in England (UK).

I completed psycho-pedagogical studies in Italy, and attended several training courses in pedagogy and social work in the UK.

Fostering and adoption

During my stay in England, I got married and, together with my husband, we became foster family.

In the years that followed, I adopted two beautiful and challenging children. And it is my experience as a foster and adoptive mother of fragile and complex children that inspired the writing of my first picture book, “Ben BubbleHead Conquers the Bubbles of Anger”.

My stories are meant to be a useful aid for children to grow up and a practical tool for parents to overcome the parenting difficulties they face every day.
